I understand that life can be unpredictable and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer the time to someone else who may need it.
If a session is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply (except in cases of genuine emergency). This policy ensures that I can offer the time to others who may be waiting for support and helps us keep our work together consistent while respecting both your time and mine.
