“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.“

About Me

Finding Meaning in the Dialogue of Life

I believe that even in our darkest moments, there is a quiet whisper of meaning waiting to be heard.

For over 20 years, I have walked alongside people from all walks of life — those navigating the complexities of trauma and addiction, the unique landscapes of neurodiversity, or the quiet ache of a life that feels hollow. My work is not about “fixing” you; it is about helping you rediscover the freedom that remains, even when circumstances feel fixed.

A Multidimensional Approach

My practice is rooted in Logotherapy (Meaning‑Centered Therapy), and supported by a wide range of therapeutic tools — from the structure of CBT and Neuroplasticity to the depth of Psychoanalysis and the grounding of Mindfulness.

But I’ve learned that tools alone are not enough. Healing happens in the space between us.

I focus on what I call the Architecture of Communication — helping you repair the fractured dialogue between your body, your mind, and your spirit. When these three dimensions begin to speak to one another again, clarity and direction naturally emerge.

Why We Might Work Well Together

If you are feeling stuck in what Viktor Frankl called the Existential Vacuum — that sense of numbness, boredom, or the “fear of fear” — I offer a space that is compassionate, intellectually honest, and grounded in reality.

For the seeker: We will “sniff out” the unique meanings waiting for you in your work, your relationships, and your creative life.

For the sufferer: We will look at pain and anxiety not only as symptoms to be quieted, but as a summons to choose a new attitude.

For the neurodiverse: I understand the “chameleon” labour of masking and the resilience it takes to communicate in a world that often speaks a different language.

Beyond the Professional

My approach is forged in lived experience. I know what it means to have life’s foundations shattered — and to rebuild them, one meaningful choice at a time.

I am a mother, an artist, and a lifelong learner. I believe deeply in the restorative power of nature, the clarity found in silence, and the essential “release valve” of tragic humour.

How We Can Work Together

I offer individual and couple therapy, as well as specialized workshops for professionals and groups. Whether we speak in English or Hebrew, my goal is to help you hear your own life’s call — and respond with a resounding “Yes.”

You do not have to walk this path alone. Let’s begin the dialogue.

A Tridimensional Approach to Human Challenges

In my practice, I don’t see these challenges as “broken parts,” but as places where your dialogue with life has been disrupted. I work with individuals, couples, and families through the lens of the three human dimensions — the somatic, the psychological, and the noölogical (the dimension of meaning).

The Somatic & Psychological — Restoring the Foundation

These are the places where the body and mind speak through tension, fear, or exhaustion.

Managing the “Fear of Fear” Anxiety, panic, chronic stress, sleep difficulties.

Healing the Body–Mind Connection Chronic illness, pain, disability, eating disorders.

Regulating the Storm ADHD, executive functioning challenges, emotional regulation.

Here, we work to restore stability, safety, and internal coherence — so the deeper work of meaning can begin.

The Impact of Trauma — Rebuilding the Narrative

Trauma disrupts the story you tell yourself about who you are and what your life means.

Crisis & Recovery PTSD, CPTSD, self-harm, suicidal ideation.

Ancestral Echoes Intergenerational trauma, including support for families of Holocaust survivors.

Breaking the Cycle Addiction recovery and the “Existential Vacuum” that often lies beneath it.

Together, we rebuild the narrative — not by erasing the past, but by reclaiming your freedom to respond to it.

The Noölogical & Relational — Finding the Meaning

This is the dimension where values, identity, and purpose live.

The Neurodiverse Journey Specialized support for Autism (ASD), ADHD, and the exhausting labour of masking.

Family & Connection Parenting challenges, LGBTQ+ identity, communication, and healthy relational dynamics.

Existential Transitions Career shifts, life transitions, personal growth, and rediscovering purpose when the old map no longer fits.

Here, we explore not only what hurts, but what matters — and how to move toward it.
